Making Progress within a lockdown

"Organization is the Key to Success". I used to make my younger brother say this when he was in Secondary School. Many people ask me how I get so many things accomplished at the same time and I always have to say multitasking and organization. Using time wisely is so important because often people work harder because they are not working smart.

When Randy and I sit and think over all of the major things we get done each day from our house in a level 4 lockdown it blows our minds. One thing that I would recommend to anyone making a huge move is to have all their ducks in a row and important documents in hand. Before we left the US, I collected immunization records, medical records, dental records, original documents and certified copies of all originals. Everything sent to all of the different entities have been uploaded in organized folders on my computer.

I cannot tell you how many times I have had to produce the same documents multiple times, on short notice, so that different applications could be processed. Also, I am very grateful for Randy's wisdom in upgrading our technology before we left. I am attached to my laptop all day like if I am working full time from home. I would also like to give a shout out to the makers of the Remarkable 2! My best spontaneous buy of 2020. For once Facebook algorithms did it right. If you know, you know. (I don't have any monetary relationship with the company, but would gladly advertise for them)

Not a very interesting post but I felt that it was worth sharing for those of you that I know are on a similar path.

So, what have we done today? Secured a long term rental and enrolled the kids in school.

Overlooking a Reserve, and 8 minutes from three beaches. We are so very excited!!!
