The Kids on Moving to New Zealand

Ever since we informed the kids in August of last year that we have decided to move to New Zealand, we've had many conversations with them about how they feel about that. We have seen a range of emotions. Mostly excitement with some trepidation. We have always been honest with the kids about the state of the country and the world around them. ALL reasons for us leaving have been discussed. The kids have been able to ask questions and express their thoughts.

As the process has progressed, and we all have gone through the different stages of planning and preparation for leaving, different things have made this all so real. Just as Randy and I have felt the gamut of emotions, we know that our children have too.

Maybe the first day of our house being open for showings is not the best day to ask the kids to record how they feel about us moving to NZ, but, here it is. Honest, unedited or filtered.
