This pandemic should have shown you a lot. It should have brought you some clarity about your self, your life, your family, your friends, your country, your employer, your schools, your church and religion. Everything. If some revelations have not been made over the past 2 years then you have not been paying attention and you are doomed to repeat the mistakes of the past.

I encourage everyone to stop looking to the past through a nostalgic lens that it most likely does not deserve. If your life was perfect, think about all of the lives around you who were suffering while you enjoyed your bubble. May we all practice resilience. May we all work toward making this world a better place for everyone. May we build more foundations of rock under the systems that we rely on so that we are all on solid ground.
